These are high-value items and our delivery service will require a signature and ID prior to leaving the package. We are not responsible for any item lost or damaged if customers choose delivery without the requirement for a signature.

Any additional fees associated with importing/delivering your purchase is your responsibility. If by chance, you are taxed by customs in your country, we do not cover such charges. This also applies to replacements.

Important Note:
Due to custom regulation rules and restrictions batteries will not be included for shipments to countries in the Asia/Australia region. We are currently looking for other options but nothing has been determined as of now and for the foreseeable future.
