Can I authenticate a product that has already been authenticated by the previous owner?

Yes. If you purchased a statue secondhand and the previous owner had already authenticated it, simply contact our Customer Service representative for assistance in the transferring of ownership. Please make sure that the Authentication Card, which contains the Authentication Code, is also in your possession.
