Yes. If you changed your mind and wish to return an undamaged item purchased from our website within 30 days of receiving it, you can definitely do that. However, if you purchased any of our products from a retail store, you'll need to contact your vendor for assistance.


First, contact us using the contact form. Select the order number of the item you're returning from the "Order ID" drop-down menu, and fill in the "Subject" field with "Return Order" (or something similar).


Next, select "Others" from the "Category" drop-down menu and mention in the "Description" field that you wish to return an undamaged item. You won't need to attach any photos to return an undamaged item.


Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from receipt of the product. The item must be complete with all packaging and in "good as new" condition. No refund will be made if the item is returned damaged or incomplete. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. Cancellation fees will apply and a restocking fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. You will be responsible for any unpaid duties or taxes.
