Can I cancel my order by refusing delivery of the package?

We are unable to cancel an order once the final payment is settled. Customers will be notified 7 days ahead of time via email before we collect the final payment.

Please do not refuse delivery of your package from First 4 Figures under any circumstances. If you want to cancel your order, you must follow correct procedures and either use the "CANCEL" button on the order page in "MY ORDERS" prior to shipment, or contact Customer Service to arrange a return after the item has been delivered. This must be done before the final payment is settled and paid for.

If a package is refused by the customer, we will deduct any costs incurred by us including return shipment, tax or duties from any refund given. Please also note that refusing package delivery could result in your account being closed.
