Customers who have entered their birthday in their Account Information will automatically receive 1,000 F4F Rewards Points on the date specified. This must be done at least two (2) days before your birthdate.

Please note that we are unable to change your date of birth once submitted, so it is very important that you submit your details correctly. Keep in mind that the date format used on our website is MM/DD/YYYY. So, for example, September 4, 1992, should be inputted as 09/04/1992, not 04/09/1992.
