PRE-ORDER PERIOD
Pre-orders for all our upcoming releases are scheduled to open right after our product launch live streams. During the stream, we also unveil the product itself and discuss with the audience some useful information.
These live streams air on a Friday, 10:00 PM HKT (Hong Kong Time) on our First 4 Figures main Facebook page and last for approximately 45 minutes.
Pre-orders close during the disclosed date and time. For more information, kindly read through the Extension Period section below.
EARLY BIRD PROMO
Upon the launch of a new product, we offer a website-exclusive EARLY BIRD PROMOTION, which allows you to take advantage of the following:
- DISCOUNT of SRP
- BONUS F4F Reward Points
However, this is only a LIMITED-TIME OFFER and doesn't last for the entire duration of the pre-order period.
EXTENSION PERIOD
If during the initial pre-order period the Exclusive Edition, Definitive Edition (if any), Special variant (if any), and Combo Edition (if any) do not reach a combined total of at least 1,000 pieces sold for resin statues or 3,000 pieces sold for PVC statues, the pre-order period will remain open until it hits this goal or until before production begins.
You will be notified one (1) week in advance if the extension period is about to close.
WAIT LIST
If you were unable to pre-order your desired product and you still wish to purchase this, we can add you to its wait list.
If for whatever reason your desired product becomes available (cancellation of existing orders, increase in production, etc.), you now have the opportunity to purchase this.
Please keep in mind that wait lists are on a first-come, first-served basis, which means your chances of converting are higher the sooner you join a wait list.

If there are still some pieces available after everyone on the wait list has been accommodated, others may now purchase the remaining in-stock items until supplies last.
