What if I level up to a new loyalty level before my order ships?

Not to worry! You earn Reward Points based on the loyalty level your pending points are processed, not when the purchase was made.

For example, if you placed an order at the Silver loyalty level and you leveled up to Gold in between the time you pre-ordered and the time your product ships to you, our system will notify you of additional reward points earned for that specific pre-order due to you becoming a Gold member when you receive these points.
