When purchasing from First 4 Figures, the status of your order will continue to change until the order has either been fulfilled or canceled. Please see below the different status and their meaning.
- ORDER RECEIVED
- Default status whenever an order is placed (applies to all orders including wait list conversions and in-stock purchases)
- PROCESSING
ORDER RECEIVED status will change to PROCESSING when:
- First due payment is collected (if under a payment plan)
- Payment details of your order is amended
- Final payment is settled
- COMPLETED
PROCESSING STATUS will change to COMPLETED when:
- The package is shipped out from our regional warehouse nearest you (US, Canada, EU, UK, or China) to your shipping address
- CANCELED
ORDER RECEIVED & PROCESSING status will change to CANCELED when:
- The order is canceled
